How do I set up the Klaviyo SMS integration?

Step 1: Login to Zaymo and navigate to Integrations > Klaviyo SMS.

Step 2: If your Klaviyo account was properly integrated beforehand with Zaymo, a drop-down menu will appear. All lists from your Klaviyo account should be visible.

Step 3: Select a list.

Step 4: Enter your Privacy Policy URL and Terms of Service URL, then click Submit. A confirmation message will appear upon successful connection to Klaviyo SMS.

How do I use the SMS Capture block in my emails?

After completing the Klaviyo SMS integration, follow these steps to add SMS capture to your Zaymo emails:

  1. In your Zaymo email editor, add the SMS Capture block

  2. In the block settings, select your Klaviyo SMS list as the Default List

  3. Configure the country codes, copy, and compliance text as needed

  4. Preview your email, then export it back to Klaviyo and send
