Collecting reviews through emails is more effective with Zaymo’s interactive review block. To use this block and have reviews collected in interactive emails go to your reviews provider, your reviews provider must be integrated with both Zaymo and Klaviyo.
This article will explain how to connect with both platforms.

What does the Yotpo integration unlock?
The Yotpo <> Zaymo integration unlocks the reviews block in Zaymo which typically lifts product review collection rates ~25% compared to Yotpo's native review requests.
How do I set up the Yotpo integration?
Integrating Yotpo with Zaymo enables Zaymo to become a 3rd-party review collector for Yotpo. Complete the following steps to set up this portion of the integration:
Step 1: In Yotpo, locate and Yotpo App Key and Secret Keys (Read this article for help locating your Yotpo keys). Log in to Zaymo and navigate to Integrations > Yotpo. Click Connect.
Step 2: Once the connection is set up, contact Zaymo (support@zaymo.com) and ask us to reach out to Yotpo on your behalf. We need to ask our contacts at Yotpo to:
Give you access to the Yotpo/Klaviyo feature that allows you to send review requests from Klaviyo
Enable Zaymo as a 3rd party review collector on your behalf
Step 3: In Zaymo, set the "Collect Partial Reviews" toggle state to either optimize for quality or quantity of reviews
How do I send Yotpo review requests to Klaviyo?
Zaymo will notify you when Yotpo has approved Zaymo as a 3rd-party collector. This typically takes 1-2 days. Once Zaymo notifies you that these features are enabled:
Open the Klaviyo integration in Yotpo (if not already connected, do so now) and turn on Review Requests to start sending events to Klaviyo
Note: Turning on Review Requests will immediately turn off your automated emails sent through Yotpo and instead send triggers to Klaviyo
Use the events to trigger a flow in Klaviyo. You can reach out to Zaymo for help building this flow

Product reviews vs store reviews
Zaymo's Klaviyo integration does not allow you to collect store reviews. Yotpo limits Zaymo to collecting product reviews.
Sending review requests via Klaviyo vs via Yotpo
By electing to send review request emails via Klaviyo, Yotpo no longer allows you to send review requests via Yotpo. You must choose one or the other.
