Why isn't my Zaymo block showing the correct subscription discount price?

Product configuration issue

The most common cause is that the base product selected in your Zaymo block doesn't have subscription purchase options configured. To fix this:

  1. Ensure your base product in Zaymo is set to a product that has subscription purchase options available

  2. Verify that your subscription discounts are properly set up in both your e-commerce platform (Shopify) and subscription platform (Recharge, Skio, etc.)

Cache and sync issues

Zaymo blocks operate on a 24-hour cache system. If you've recently updated your subscription prices or discounts:

  1. Wait up to 24 hours for the cache to refresh automatically

  2. Contact support to manually sync your pricing data if you need immediate updates

  3. For manually selected product blocks, you may need to delete and rebuild the block to pull in updated pricing

Multiple blocks conflict

If you have multiple subscription portal or reactivate blocks in the same email, they may interfere with each other and break the email. To resolve this:
