The reviews block replaces the need to push customers to an online review submission form, instead allowing them to edit and submit completely in-email.

Usage

Unlike other Zaymo blocks, the reviews block can only be used in flows which are triggered by your review provider's "eligible for review" metric. e.g.,

• Eligible for Judge.me Review Request

• Eligible for Okendo Review Request

• Eligible for Yotpo Review Request

• Junip - Review Request

Behavior unique to each integration

How many review fields are shown in each email?

Yotpo

• Only one review. Yotpo sends a separate Eligible for Yotpo Review Request event for each product.

Okendo

• Every product purchased. Okendo sends one event per order.

Junip

• Every product purchased. Junip sends one event per order.

Judge.me

• Every product purchased. Judge.me sends one event per order.

Settings unique to the reviews block

Allow partial reviews

This setting is accessible through the integrations page and is, by default, turned on. If disabled, Zaymo will only collect reviews complete with body and title fields. Changes will take place for all future email sends. You do not need to re-export a template for the setting to update.
