The Loop integration enables the use of subscriptipon management blocks. Prior to setting up Zaymo's integration with Loop, please ensure your Klaviyo account is integrated with Loop.

This integration should take <5 minutes.

What does the Loop integration unlock?

Zaymo's Loop integration unlocks the following blocks:

• Subscription portal

  • Delay

  • Send now

  • Swap variant

• Swap up

• Reactivate

In the product block and product grid blocks, this integration also unlocks the following one-click actions:

1. Add one-time

2. Add to subscription

The create new subscription action is currently unsupported. Reach out to support to request it.

How do I set up the Loop integration?

Step 1: Log into your Loop account.

*You need to be subscribed to the Loop Enterprise plan to access custom integrations, which is critical for this integration.

Step 2: Navigate to the customer portal.

Step 3: Adjust the settings in the customer portal. Under preferences, check the following options:

• Resume subscription

• Reactivate subscription

• Allow customers to pause/resume subscription from customer portal

• Place order

• Prepone subsequent subscription orders

• Reschedule order

• Remove subscription product one time

• Remove subscription product

Step 4: After selecting all these options, click Save.

Step 5: Navigate to Settings > API tokens. Click on Generate a New Token.

Step 6: Grant Read & write access to the following scopes:

• Subscription Contracts

• Orders

• Customers

Step 7: Name the token and click Generate.

Step 8: Once the token is generated, show it and copy it.

Step 9: Log into the Zaymo platform. Navigate to Integrations > Loop integration. Click Connect.

Step 10: Paste the copied API key into the corresponding field and click Connect.

Known limitations

Why is the subscriber count loading for so long on the billing page?

Loop throttles how quickly Zaymo can count your active subscribers. If your auto-quote fails to load quickly in the subscriptions page for payment, reach out to support (support@zaymo.com), and Zaymo can run a one-off request from Loop.
