Last updated: March 11, 2026

However, to do the migration well, there are a handful of consequences to live Klaviyo flows. Below are some warnings followed by Zaymo's recommended process. You will want to do some preparation so that the handoff between providers is done cleanly.

Many of the thoughts below are related to are not unique to Zaymo. For example, just about any live subscription email you have will have tags specific to your old subscription integration. You would need to rebuild those emails whether you use Zaymo or not.

    2. Import this email into Zaymo, and edit the email with Zaymo content

    3. Export back to Klaviyo and set this email live in the flow

    4. Set the flow live without Zaymo (ex: upcoming billing reminder, subscription winback, etc.) if you want to have customers get valid emails in the meantime

  2. Change subscription integration in Zaymo

    1. Integrate with your new subscription provider

  3. Step 3: Build Zaymo template
