Sample data for analytics

If your account does not have any live emails, Zaymo pre-populates your analytics with sample data.

Sample Data tags

To differentiate sample data vs real data, Zaymo appends a yellow Sample Data tag at the top of the page and by each data card.

When does Zaymo decide an email is "live"?

An email is live in Zaymo once a Zaymo template has been opened by a real user after being sent form Klaviyo. Sending the email alone does not necessarily mean the email is live in Zaymo--the email must be opened at least once for Zaymo to know it has been sent.

What if sample data is showing even after I have live data?

This may be because the Zaymo team marked your account as a Demo account. Demo accounts always show sample data.

Reach out to support to verify this, and Zaymo can remove the tag from your account.
