Removing "Powered by Zaymo" branding from emails

By default, Zaymo adds a "Powered by Zaymo" label to interactive blocks in your emails. This branding can be removed for customers on some paid plans.

Pricing

Contact our support team to request removal of the "Powered by Zaymo" branding. By default, the price to remove "Powered by Zaymo" is an additional $99/mo to your plan. We waive the fee for any customer paying greater than $500/mo.

What happens after branding is removed

Once branding removal is processed:

  • Any new email templates exported from Zaymo will not include the "Powered by Zaymo" label

  • Existing templates already exported to your email service provider (like Klaviyo) will still show the branding

  • You'll need to re-export your templates and replace them in your email flows to see the change

Re-exporting templates

To update existing templates after branding removal:

  1. Go back to your Zaymo template library

  2. Export the template again using the standard export process

  3. Replace the old template in your email service provider with the newly exported version

  4. Update any email flows or campaigns that were using the old template
